The extended experience offers us the possibility to approach different types of jobs starting from concept, continuing with the execution plans to the bill of quantities and list of reinforcement, calculations. We are involved in a wide range of project types through all stages of development focus on Netherlands but not limited to.The delivery is secured through global collaboration platforms like BIM360DOCS, which allows engineers across various offices to work together seamlessly while maintaining clear visibility for our clients.Our projects and development opportunities can fit ambitions for 3D modeling and parametric design.Job description:Your main responsibilities will include:Create 3D BIM models using REVIT to a high level of accuracyDevelop plans, sections, elevations and details from a 3D BIM model for projects of all sizes and technical complexitiesClearly annotate, dimension and detail production drawings in conformance to Arcadis standards and practicesSetup and manage large sheets sets including revisions and markups for each project. Plot drawings to pdf, dwg, or to paper plotsSet up and geo-locate multiple models for a single projectCreate 3D views or renderings on an as-needed basis for marketing or project useUse advanced tools such as Navisworks for project collaboration across multiple disciplines in a BIM environmentInterface with engineers, our partners, and other consultants through clear communication and drawings.
