ME Automation Engineer in Roman

Responsibilities: Provides electrical & controls engineering technical support for the installation, debug, and setup of equipment and tooling into an integrated manufacturing system; Assists in choosing production equipment/stations relative to equipment & controls standards, controls hardware integration, network connectivity considering direct labor manning/costs, efficient material flow and handling, product quality and safety; Designs and implements manufacturing applications needed to control/monitor various manufacturing operations and record desired traceability data; Updates processes with design evolutions, adds mistake-proofing improvements to guarantee correct usage of the assembly and sewing lines; Functional responsibility for: PLC programming ; Human Machine Interface Design & Programming; Vision systems; Sensors definition & setup; pneumatic actuators; design electrical wiring diagrams, cabinet field wiring; mistake proofing design & implementation; sewing programs creating; configure manufacturing/traceability application(s) for lines/cells; Software: TIA Portal, Simatic Manager, Autocad. Candidate profile: University technical degree (Automation/Electronics); English language fluency - mandatory; MS-Office package; Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently; Problem-solving skills; Communication skills and coordination; Good understanding of the technical and production processes.
