We have a challenging opportunity for an ambitious Mobile Apps Test Engineer with Automation skills. The job is to assure quality for new features and contribute to the continued development of a complete automated test suite for native mobile apps that support a SaaS solution built on the Microsoft .Net Framework Stack and running on Google Cloud Platform.
Job tasks
Drive and plan the testing activities for new features
Drive and plan the test automation work in the team
Evaluate test results and help the development teams deliver
Write tests on all layers and maintain these
Set goals for test coverage and report on them
In addition, it would be an advantage if any of these match your profile
Have experience with test tools such as Espresso, XCTest and Appium
Have experience with Bitrise CI and Sonarcloud
Have experience with Swift/Kotlin
Have experience with nodejs
Are familiar with any of the major cloud vendors
Have worked in agile teams with CI and CD processes previously

About the team:
You would be working on “Visma e-conomic”, which is located in 2 countries: Denmark and Romania. We build and design the cloud based accounting system e-conomic.dk that helps more than 120,000 happy companies run their businesses. The development department consists of 50+ people, including Product Owners, QA Engineers and UX Designers, working with technologies like C#, Node.js, React, MS-SQL, Swift and MongoDB. We have employees from 20+ nations and the work language is English.
We serve more than 50 million requests a day, push to production several times a day, love to talk about (and write) code, believe strongly in automation, and are driven by a desire to measure and monitor in order to constantly improve our product. Since we do continuous delivery, and need a reliable regression test suite, we need test automation on all layers, from Unit Tests through API, Integration Testing, UI Testing to Performance and Load Testing.
The individual teams are responsible of writing tests for their own code on most layers, while it’s the responsibility of you and the test automation team to assure quality for new features and make sure high level automated tests are written and the tools for writing, executing and monitoring tests are well integrated in our deployment pipeline and easy to use for the developers. We expect you to be an enabler for high developer efficiency and an ambassadeur for good testing practices.
