New Product Launch Manager Job ID: Location: Ghimbav Salary Classification: F-E Our team in Brasov is looking for a new colleague! As a team member, you will: Develop the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state of the art production processes and technologies; Develop operations quotes for industrialization based upon product requirement, lean principles, robust processes; Responsible for completion of activities within operations to meet the specific, cost, timing, and quality requirements as directed from the Project Manager; Coordinates and controls project activities, tracks the project progress, defines corrective measures if deviating from the Project Plan; Ensure Capital spends are aligned with approved authorizations and/or budgets; Evaluates performance of team members in accordance with line management. Actively manage and optimize the use of resources on project. Assigning activities to the operations project team members (delegation and direction); Oversees the implementation of the equipment and processes necessary for the product; In multiple location launch, (s)he is capable to lead the coordination and alignment of the involved locations if appointed; Coordinates the development of manufacturing facilities in conjunction with plant wide & central support organizations. What you will need to succeed: Bachelors degree in a related field (engineering / sciences); At least 3 years experience in the automotive or consumer electronics industry in a variety of functions; Worked as Launch Manager or Project Manager of a period of at least 2 years; Communication skills; Presentation skills; Organizational and time management skills; Capable to interact with International teams.
