O_Training ManagerCarei236458BRJob Description▪Manages (leads, administers, oversees) assessment at various stages of the employee life cycle to determine the level of skills in accordance with corporate standards.▪Ensures the implementation and management of a qualification and retraining system.▪Designs, develops, supervises and/or provides employee training to identify and enhance performance & talent.▪Prioritize, report and consult with managers and HRBPs on assigned or nominated employee development measures and development gaps regarding career / succession planning.▪Actively contributes to retention management.▪Leads skills management by identifying gaps and proposing measures (training) in the area of responsibility.▪Works with department management to identify specific training needs for staff.▪Ensures the establishment, implementation and updating of a standardized training program.▪Develops and prepares manuals, training documents and other aids, training materials.▪Coordinates the development of training modules and maintains contact with other organizations, training providers and professional associations, in order to be up to date and apply new training methods and technologies.▪Measures and improves the quality and efficiency of trainings.▪Ensures the compliance of training activities with the requirements of internal and external audits.Job Requirements▪Bachelor’s degree in business, social science or related degree.▪Cross-functional experience: gained insight into different departments / functions / BUs (through projects or assignments).▪Successfully led a project team or led a team.▪Worked with various cultures, e.g. in international projects (demonstrates intercultural sensitivity and inclusive behavior).Job TypeProfessionalDivision Footer TextReady to drive with Continental?
