We are looking for a new colleague to perform a variety of technical planning functions supporting the management systems certification department
Responsibilities
- Managing ASCESI related to audits for : SMC, SMM, SSM, SMSI, SMS, SMSA and integrated management systems (input of data regarding audits and audit teams plans: surveillance, initial certification and re-certifications
- Update together with the lead auditors the auditing teams at least one month before the planning is submitted to the lead auditors
- In case of a client sends a request of suspension or canceling of the contract, is responsible of communicating such information to the Business Development Manager in order to take the appropriate measures
- Opens the processes of the certification schemes at the beginning of each month for the audits planed in the month after
- Takes over the audit plan from the lead auditor and communicates it to the client after has been agreed by the schemes’ managers
- Assures the clear communication within the auditing team about the dates and scope
- Communicates to the finance department the list of the audited companies in order to be invoiced
- Checks the completion of the documentation received (from client or from NES)
- Keeps the correspondence with the client and the auditing team members and makes sure the appointed auditing team is accepted by the organization
- Supports the logistic of audits if needed (ticket reservations, visa approval)
- Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Work experience: at least 2 years work experience preferably in a certification body
- Knowledge about management systems certification requirements as well as European directives about rules and regulation for certification bodies
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with the proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
- Proven negotiation skills to be able to deal efficiently with a client
- Learning ability to keep up with changes to business, industry, management thinking and developing assessment styles
- Strong written communication skills able to formulate clear, concise and professional reports
- Self-organization skills / self-motivated, able to manage his/her own workload to maximize self-effectiveness
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to manage and negotiate as a problem solver
