Process Engineer II in Lugoj

You will identify ways to improve safety, quality, yields, and the capability of existing processes while also assisting in the scale up and implementation of developmental products/processes. Core challenges include leading continuous process improvement to drive Key Performance Indicators for the operation to meet goals established by the business along with providing technical guidance to the operations team to assist with process troubleshooting along with developing corrective action plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDefines technicalspecifications for process equipment or materials;Participates in theevaluation of indirect materials for the production process;Participates in theevaluation of production equipment and devices;Participates in newproduct introduction and transfer activities from other locations;Proposes/executesValue Engineering and Component Engineering actions for continuous improvement;Processes productand process data using defined processes within the organization;Participates in theimplementation of new technologies in the Honeywell Life Safety Romaniaproduction facility;Evaluates theeffects of product/process changes in terms of efficiency, cost and ergonomics;Participates in thecreation of technical justification for the CAPEX process;Identifies rootcause and ensures closure of corrective actions as planned, for ACRs initiatedby him/her;Provides input datafor Control Plan, FMEA;Is responsible fordocumenting new processes in the area;Responsible forvalidation and qualification of manufacturing processes;Works with thetechnical team to define and validate equipment maintenance procedures.
