Process Technician I in Oradea

Purpose Statement: Key Job Accountabilities: Perform debug & analysis of equipment failure or process and implement resolution(s) in a timely manner. Assist set-up of new assemblies, verify process parameters. Maintain and verify equipment from production, in accordance with maintenance planning, every equipment must be prepared to be use in production. Have a good understanding of all equipment and processes from work area, provide/ensure first line technical support where is needed. Monitor equipment downtime and take corrective action, work close with engineering on process issues and with maintenance on technical issues. Other additional activities will be given by supervisor. Additional Accountabilities: Acknowledges and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards provided in the procedures and instructions that are specific to each field, documentation that underlies the proper functioning of the integrated management system of quality, environment, safety and occupational health. Additional duties as assigned. Education/Experience Qualifications: A minimum of a(n) Associate’s degree is required; 1 years of related experience is required; Technical and operational experience in EMS industry or similar, represents an advantage. Additionally, the employee must successfully complete all internal training courses offered by the company necessary to do the job; An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key job accountabilities may be considered. Other Qualifications: Effective task execution and commitment required; Good operational and equipment knowledge; Ability to train equipment and maintenance personnel’s and transfer information in clearly manner; Medium English ( both writing and speaking ) is a must.
