Production Planner in Mangalia

The roleAs Production Planner you will be responsible to ensure the planning of production activities (in relation to the production schedule by work area, project, timeframe) in accordance with the deadlines set by the project execution scheduleKey accountabilities Carries out the planning of production activities so as to meet the deadlines set for the execution of the project Proposes adjustments to the detailed work planning, taking into account the integrated work progress of the various participants in the production flow Proposes adjustments of the manhour budget and notifies the project coordinator Responsible for the correctness of the data submitted, both in terms of quality and quantity Provides support and information on the status of the project execution so as to meet the deadlines agreed by contract Provides timely documentation to stakeholders on timely delivery and distribution of drawings Monitors time consumption and works progress in production Responsible to check the completion of the works assigned to the production area according to the production process planning Communicates critical situations so as to avoid any negative impact of delays in delivery Follows the production schedule, informs the responsible person in case of failure of deadlines, proposes corrections to the initial plan when necessary Uses allocated resources efficiently Complies with the HSE regulations and the safety and environmental regulations applicable to the assigned projects Skills & experience Bachelor degree in the field of Naval Architecture, Naval Systems and Equipment, Industrial/Mechanical Engineering Knowledge of industrial production processes and flows Experience within the naval industry is an advantage Romanian resident Proficient level of English language Knowledge of quality management system procedures Computer savvy (good level of MOffice, Primavera, PowerBI) Organizing and planning abilities Decision-making Responsibility, analytical thinking Ability to manage several projects simultaneously Correctness and flexibility Resistance to stress Results orientation
