Job DescriptionProvides support in monitoring the raw materials needed to complete the production plan over time;Follows the general request of the customer (according to the customer's requirements) and makes the plan proposal at BljP factory level for new and existing requests;Monitors suppliers' deliveries and verifies materials not delivered on time or partially delivered;Proactively distributes information within the department and other departments (production, logistics) in case of deviation;Escalates problems and deviations according to the defined escalation management procedure;Daily monitoring to cover critical parts and make proposals for action plan in case of deviation (suppliers backlog, special transports);Regularly updates, maintains new materials and optimizes related SAP parameters (especially PP mode);Monitors key performance indicators (inventory, on-time delivery, backlog, etc.);Acts as an interface between BljP, other parties, e.g. internal client and central functions with the guidance of the superior;Follows the implementation of actions resulting from changes in demand;Other tasks and responsibilities specific to the position, with a temporary character, set by the hierarchical superior.QualificationsSAP knowledgeGood English levelFinished university studiesCommunication skillsProblem solving mentality
