Main MissionsPurpose- Responsible for one or more autonomous production zones used by several shift teams, with an aim to produce end or semi-finished products in a technological environment Essential job functionsLevel 1 - Organize and manage the daily production (Quality, Cost, Deadline and Safety) - Manage workload, organize and optimize production and staff taking into account variable presence/absence data - Guarantee customer satisfaction (analyze requirements and demands, manage actions plan, results reports) - Organize the transmission of instructions between Autonomous Production Teams - Monitor compliance with standards (production, quality, health-safety, etc.) and company rules - Monitor the maintenance and improvement of production equipment - Following a customer incident, attend the 8D meeting and carry out relevant actions - Propose, take part in or coordinate projects (5S, quality, production, logistics, etc.) and site progress plan actions - Manage the suggestions system - Take part in new product/process projects (FMECA, follow-up, development, etc.) - Provide reports of his/her activity Level 2 - Analyze and optimize complex technological processes requiring the mastery of several technical specialities including mechanics, plastic injection, mechanical assembly, hydraulics, painting, etc Abilities- Utilizing knowledge of production to enhance, improve and maintain planning and quality of production - Excellent problem solving/analysis - Positive leadership required - Communication skills verbal and written Candidate Profile : Level of Experience: Mid-Career Type of Contract: CDI - Permanent contract Required Travel: N/A All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, political orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status.
