DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.  

DB Global Technology develops cutting-edge software applications for the Deutsche Bank’s global operations and represents a platform for highly skilled software engineers. The team members specialize in Software Application Development, IT Architecture, Quality Assurance and Testing, Functional/Business Analysis and Project Management.  

 

Anti-Financial Crime (AFC)
Our AFC team is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.

What will you do?

 

  • Manage multiple L3 Support teams in a global environment in order to achieve production stability;
  • Manage Budgets associated with each tribe;
  • Lead Incident Resolution and Problem Management from both technical and management standpoint;
  • Respect technical standards and processes;
  • Drive the overall strategy implementation;
  • Be flexible in mitigating problems/incients and when dealing with other IT areas
  • Drive Support Innovation and always seek ways of improvement
  • Be comfortable with tracking, measuring, supporting and reporting program/project status on different initiatives, risks and issues
  • Empower, manage, coach and mentor the team, planning, encouraging career development, nurturing talent and fostering diversity and contribute to Traibe target setting and performance reviews.
  • Work with senior management on many production related issues/initiatives including building in-depth analysis.
  • Think outside the box ;)        

 

 

Your expertise to drive following matters will make us happy:

 

·       At least 3 years of experience in managing production teams – 99.9% uptime;

  • Extraordinary technical troubleshooting skills;
  • You have to understand DATA as much as possible;
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with critical applications;
  • ITIL is one nice – but not really mandatory J
  • Technical proven expertise in as many as possible from the below skillset:
    • Application Server (Tomcat, Weblogic)
    • Oracle Databases (ncluding SQL)
    • Linux – any distribution – RedHat preferred
    • Openshift, Kubernetes, Docker
    • ELK
    • Geneos, Prometheus
    • Grafana
    • DevOps (Jenkins, Ansible)
    • Any development framework is a big big plus

 

Lead and guide complex transformation programmes to successful conclusions

·        Having excellent leadership and management skills, able to work in virtual global teams and in a matrix organization

·        Having excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English (written/verbal)

·        Being flexible, open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members

·        Update with technical innovation and market, understanding knowledge of the organizational culture and identification with it
