Job Description (Posting). • Accountable for pre-sales, project intake and estimation.• Work closely with the Architect, Product Owners during the concept phase of project to define project delivery approach, methodology.• Accountable for the technical leadership from project initiation to implementation. Ensures that a sound and future proof architecture is planned and its implementation meets the technical quality standards.• Ensures that appropriate organization, governance, decision making, and delivery structures are in place to drive outcomes articulated in the business case, business requirements, and program/ project charter.• Ensures that standard and best practice for project and program management processes are applied to plan, and execute initiatives with high complexity and risk.• Lead and mentor a team of technical members and serve as an escalation point for delivery issues.• Perform regular delivery risk reviews and support the project teams with escalations and resolutions as required.• Handles vendor contracting and management.• Responsible for governance of project budgets.• Ensure delivery meets high quality standards.• 15+ Years of experience in relevant business area and at least 4+ years of experience in a similar role.• Extensive experience in leading and delivering high profile programs.• Experience managing delivery of large Agile projects application development as well as supportStrong interpersonal and communication skills• Experience in driving transformation programs • Demonstrated ability to lead large programs of work with multiple functional and technical capabilities.Managing and developing high performing project teams• Mixture of strong business acumen, understanding of data and information and project delivery skills. (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
