Essential skills/requirements:• Proven track record as a Salesforce Developer with 6+ years’ experience • Functional and Technical understanding of CloudCraze • Experience of end to end project implementation having CloudCraze as main product • Extensive experience of Java Script, CSS and HTML• Undestanding of handler and Backbone JS is must.• Should be proficient in Apex, VF, Lightning and LWC• Good knowledge of Triggers, Batches and Controllers• Good understanding of data structures, data modelling, database schema required• Experience in agile methodology (Scrum)• Should be proficient in Salesforce REST, SOAP API, Bulk API, Mentadata API and WSDL• Should have a sound knowledge of Salesforce governance limits• Experience of devs ops and version control• Good team player and able to effectively communicate with team members and stake holders • Follow agreed coding standards, implementation plans and timelines to deliver required functionality• Administer, analyse, design and develop Salesforce in line with best practices• Propose and implement solutions to meet business requirements• Knowledge of large data volumes and ETL activities is a plus (1.) To create work plans, monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards. (2.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (3.) To ensure process improvement and compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview. (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
