Job Description:
Responsible for planning, overseeing and leading projects from ideation through to completion.This is an important role in the organization and requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.
Reports To:
Operations Manager Sensing PM & CI Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for transfer and launch management and coordination of new projects arriving in plant, activities done in close collaboration with development, quality, engineering and other support departments;
- Defining project team, project schedule; project costs;
- Preparation of capital expenses(CEA) complying with business case;
- Customer interface related to project milestones, modifications and improvements;
- Coordinates together with quality team on site customer audits;
- Responsible for "lessons learned" and regular feedback from production, for development team;
- Leader of weekly project meetings;
- Active participation at DFMEA, PFMEA and Control Plan meetings;
- Support for the projects in the mass production phase;
- Creates quotations for possible future projects;
- Preparation of shop floor layouts in collaboration with the Lean and Continuous Improvement department;
Job Requirements:
- University of Polytechnics (Automatics, Telecommunication, Mechanics, Mechatronic, Electrotechnics), Universities:(Informatics, Mathematics, Physics);
- Minimum 3 years experience in coordinating projects in automotive industry;
- English skills, German is a plus;
- Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project);
- Problem solving skills;
- Very good communication skills;
- Ability to prioritize critical topics;
- SAP minimum knowledge;
