Regulation, Compliance & Anti-Financial Crime Tech (RCA) at a glance
Our RCA team is responsible for protecting Deutsche Bank from financial and reputational losses incurred by financial crimes by assessing, controlling and mitigating risks. Risk types related to Anti-Financial Crime are consolidated in a comprehensive and effective risk management framework that covers Anti-Money-Laundering, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Bribery & Corruption as well as Anti-Fraud & Investigations.
As a Project Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
· Ensure with the cross-functional team the efficient delivery of the project;
· Coordinate parallel work streams including development, tuning and global rollout;
· Enable close collaboration between all members of the team through lean self-organization;
· Develop with the team & stakeholders the approach to agile delivery;
· Facilitate the agile framework, including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives;
· Support the team by identifying & removing impediments;
· Ensure the transparency and visibility of project's progress, obstacles and successes to all stakeholders;
· Provide coaching & training to the development team, product owners and external stakeholders in order to continuously improve the collaboration & productivity;
· Align processes within the organization & support other teams in their journey to delivery.
As a Scrum Master, you need to be an excellent organizer, team coordinator, a great communicator, and feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at various levels within the client organization in an empathic and considerate way. Your responsibilitie will involve:
- Track the status of the work and be able to provide the current status at any time
- Ensure a demoable version of the product by end of each sprint
- Ensure the deliveries are on time and according to the design
- Provide estimates for the work that is required from the team
- Unblock technical issues and offer support to manage the project technical risks
- Track dependencies and plan the deliveries based on the dependencies timeline and internal priorities
- Conduct the scrum ceremonies – grooming, planning, daily status, retrospective
For this role, your skills should include:
- Extensive experience as a project manager and a track record of agile software development;
- A strong delivery focus adhering to consistent project standards;
- Experience or knowledge of delivering projects in an Investment Banking environment;
- Used to working to tight deadlines and identifying problems at an early stage;
- Experience of working with teams in multiple locations;
- Extensive knowledge and experience of project management tools, standards and principles;
- Proven negotiation, problem solving and conflict management skills;
- Flexibility - able to work in a fast changing environment and to react positively to re-prioritization;
- Ability to motivate others;
- Ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities;
