Replication of customer found defects
Test engineering support for customer found defects
Engage actively with support engineers to understand customer issues
Product verification & testing of maintenance software releases
Regression testing
Skills
Must have
L2/L3 Networking knowledge - switching and routing protocols
Cisco CCNA courses or similar
Basic scripting/programming knowledge
Basic Linux admin knowledge
Good customer management / relationship skills
Good communication skills, open to client front facing
English Advanced level
Nice to have
Cisco CCNA/CCNP certification
Customer interaction experience
Good knowledge of testing methodologies, knowledge of different testing types and overall Product life-cycle
Enterprise Campus Networking technologies including ISIS, OSPF, RIP, BGP, EVPN, SPBm and VXLAN will be added advantage
Software QA/testing experience
ISTQB CTFL certification
