Main responsabilities:'Ensure the effectiveness of operational training & the respect of the licensing system,Ensure the use of Calibrated & controlled measurement equipment's,Assure production processes relevancy,Guarantee the use of PokaYoke & its control,Assure safe conditions for work,Ensure the use of released components & equipment's,Assure the product validation & control along the processes flow,Ensure the respect of NC product procedure,Ensure the respect of FIFO & the traceability of the product along the process flow,Follow-up of internal and external deviations,Create / update of the P3 control plan,Creation of inspection standards & documents related to its area,Implement and follow the claims action plan (actions from the 8D report).Assure product audit (ISIR, product audit) in accordance with procedures,Assure the preparation of PPAP documentation based on customer requirements,Production / delivery stoppage in case of customer risksPerform audit MOTO/ NYSPerform top daily defects, quality reports (BOS), analysis.Perform organisation team (firewall, inspectors, LQC, LQC senior)At Yazaki, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for everyone regardless of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, disability, handicap, veteran status, or other legally protected status or characteristic.
