Our client is recruiting for an Associate Quality Manager to join their business in Romania. Position Title Quality Manager StartDate May 2021 Location Timisoara, Romania Contact: Iulia Balan | +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 62 Responsibilities: Continuous Improvement Analyze quality performance and process capability Make observations, identify trends and patterns Define quality initiatives for the project Drive Process Improvement and Innovation Track NPS and ASAT and plan improvement actions Identify and evaluate ways of standardization and automation Collaboration Work together with stakeholders to create improvement proposals Provide process consultancy for project initiatives Contribute to customer presentations Participate in process definition initiatives Adherence Monitor and improve process compliance and performance for the project Ensure that project quality processes are adhered to as per customer’s requirement and quality framework Participate in audits and reviews Governance Provide useful MIS to the project Present initiatives and achievements on business reviews Follow up escalations for improvement Lead and mentor Quality Team Lead Requirements: Good data analytic and interpretation skills, continuous improvement mindset and toolset Good communication skills, good stakeholder expectation management skills Structured thinking, agile mindset, good presentation skills Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, other quality improvement methodology and project exposure are an advantage Bachelor’s degree 4+ years in a Contact Centre environment preferably in a Quality role
