- Ensure process conformance and quality of delivered software product according to defined process;
- Participate in software milestones reviews;
- Analyze specific software key performance indicators;
- Collaborate with Software Project Manager in order to ensure the best project approach;
- Report quality issues to the involved parties;
- Perform, prepare and participate to internal assessments;
- Plan and track corrective and preventive actions.
- QualificationsEssential Skills/Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Electronics, Computer science, Engineering)
- Basic knowledge in C programming;
- Basic knowledge of embedded systems.
Desirable Skills/Qualifications - Knowledge and experience with quality standards (ISO 9000, SPICE)
- Previous knowledge in R&D (e.g. automotive SW development)
- Proactive and collaborative attitude;
- Planning and organization skills;
- Profiency in English.

Continental Sibiu:
Continental Sibiu annually manufactures approximately 33 million electronic control units. The products developed, tested and manufactured in Sibiu include intelligent braking systems, driving assist systems or acceleration pedals that limit the speed in case an obstacle is detected. In present, Continental Sibiu has approximately 4500 employees. Together, they combine their knowledge in software and hardware development, design and simulation experience, innovation in artificial intelligence, big data and production processes. Half of the Continental Sibiu employees work on the production line.

In the time frame 1999 - 2019, Continental invested about € 1.8 billion in its Romanian operations. All the corporation’s five business areas are represented in Romania.
