As the Recruitment System Administrator, you will be integral in enabling us to hire the very best talent effectively and efficiently. You’ll be instrumental in supporting our recruitment function, working with recruiting leadership to align business objectives with operational excellence in process and systems. Key Responsibilities include ATS administration: Responsible for setting up and maintaining user profiles and company locationsTrain and provide on-going support of new users by answering questions, conducting system training, troubleshooting and providing technical assistanceManage day-to-day system operations of Talent Acquisition team Interface on jobs site functionality, analytics etcAssist in the project management of talent programsGenerate actionable insights through the use of metrics, and dashboards to optimize the recruiting process to maximize efficiencyHelp create documentation of workflows, SOPs and policiesPartner cross-functionally across multiple lines of business to ensure efficiency throughout the talent lifecycleAdditional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, as role may evolve over timeManage administration of background checks and drug tests (both salaried and hourly), including maintaining adding/removing users upon arrival/departure, and training new usersRequired SkillsWhat you bring to the table University degree1-3 years of Talent Acquisition experience with a focus in operations administration or project managementHighly proficient in Excel, ability to gather and clean data, quickly and correctly execute analysesExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills and an ability to effectively communicate cross-functionallyAbility to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter attitude, and ability to exercise judgment and solve difficult problems without direct supervisionExperience with SilkRoad preferred but not requiredPositive “can-do” attitude with excellent communication skills (oral & written)Computer skills (intermediate to advanced excel, experience with report building and PowerPoint presentations)Superior attention to detailOrganizational skillsAbility to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh degree of confidentialityComfort working with remote teamsStrong attention to detail and accuracy, as well as good prioritization and organizational skillsFluent English, any other language is an asset We offer:We want to make you feel welcomed, challenged and inspired and so we’ve made sure to carefully put together a blend of benefits meant to boost your health and well-being, to ensure your personal and professional growth and also your integration in a pleasant day to day working environment.The role is based in Romania, in our Shared Services Center in Bucharest but working from home is also possible.
