As a Content Moderator in Porto, youll support social media initiatives, ensuring client guidelines are followed and enhancing the user experience across platforms.
What Youll Do

Review, audit, and moderate user content, ensuring compliance with copyright and platform rules

Analyze user behavior and apply nuanced social media policies

Make autonomous decisions on sensitive or business-critical issues

Propose improvements to enhance service and overall user experience

Maintain high-quality reporting according to established protocols
What Were Looking For

Fluency in Romanian (C1) and English (B2)

At least 6 months of relevant experience
