The mission of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) organization is to maximize customer success by taking over responsibility for smooth end to end operations and lowering customers total cost of operation. Helping customers with adoption of SAP S/4HANA on their path to the Intelligent Enterprise. This is an enabling function to help customers accelerate their cloud transformation journey delivering Business Value and Outcomes in the form and pace that customer wants out of their SAP landscape. You will analyze customer’s business requirements, problems, and act as a trusted technical advisor for our clients and partners. Understands the customer business, goals and challenges in order to suggest solutions & services Identifies and positions ECS services that deliver value to the customer from ECS portfolio Identifies top issues, define and implement the action items across customer landscape Designs optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability Drives technology discussions & innovations EXPERIENCE (ROLE REQUIREMENTS) Degree in sciences (computer) or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (German is nice to have) 3+ years of experience in SAP Technology Consulting (SAP Basis) with at least 1 year of experience in customer facing roles Expertise on SAP Technologies and Products Comprehensive knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration path, methodology and tools Understanding of SAP High Availability or Disaster Recovery architecture, network and virtual technologies (load-balancer, virtual machine) Experience in technical planning, implementation, configuration and integration of SAP solutions Experience in SAP HANA Know-how on hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP is a plus) #LaSEescape07072
