ABOUT THE TEAM 
The "Central Business Configuration Support & Customer Success Team" is a newly created team to run the global support for our Cloud Customers and drive the success of SAP's Cloud Implementation Projects, using the new technology delivered by CBC. 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES 
This role provides opportunities for customer interaction and learning as it is for a new product - Central Business Configuration (CBC). 

The Central Business Configuration (CBC) team provides business configuration for Intelligent Enterprise Suite applications. We deliver content covering 400+ business processes, for 40+ countries, in 19+ languages and tailored to several key industries 

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS 

  • Work together with customers and partners for successful implementation and delivery. 

  • Deliver on support KPIs – Minimize initial reaction times, message processing times and other KPIs for internal / external customer issues. 

  • Problem solving skills. 

  • Document solutions in a knowledge base, so that subsequent problem solving is effective. 

  • Ability to work in virtual team and act as “team player”. 

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES 
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or comparable education 

  • Programming skills preferably ABAP or JavaScript or both 

  • Debugging skills, ability to analyze root-cause and provide optimal solutions 

  • English language 

  • Analytical person 

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Development or Support role 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in one of the SAP's cloud solutions

  • Experience with ServiceNow incident management system 

  • German language 

Location: 

  • Bucharest, Cluj, Timisoara, or any other location in Romania (remote)
