We are responsible for the sales, installation, and service of wind farms throughout the globe. The Service Department is responsible for the Sales, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing Business Unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Central Europe the best place to work. Responsibilities Create an optimized 3 and 52 week plan focused on efficiency, maximum utilization and minimum cost Evaluate and forecast resource requirements across a rolling 52 week period Maximize the utilization factor, decrease visits per turbine, decrease cost Level and balance the capacity demand Optimize the work presenceImprove operational productivity Eliminate the overdue Service orders Qualifications Completed technical university degree in the field of electrotechnology or mechanics At least 2 years of professional experience Good knowledge of written and spoken English Basic knowledge in working with MS-Office Driving license В Willingness to travel, nationally and internationally Competencies Problem solving skills High communication skills Customer oriented Comfortable with working at heights, safety awareness Open and friendly attitude towards teammates and others What we offer We offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at a growing wind turbine producer.
