Responsibilities Weekly calls with all area schedulers (sites, technical support, predictive maintenance, technology) Pre-bundling of all service orders Master data management Controlling and monitoring of utilization factors and optimization Managing the implementation of main component upgrades Qualifications Ability to monitor performance and capacity Analytical approach and business-oriented Ability to optimize and define improvement in the planning of service activities on an overall level Medium level English language necessary Demonstrated leadership capability is essential Competencies As a Person, You Are/have: Knowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including the use of schematic drawings and interpretations. Recommended to have experience in inventory control procedures, investigative skills, and trend analysis. Customer service skills are necessary. Is capable of instructing and supporting problem-solving situations Is computer literate.
