Senior Manager PMO - ESI Business Transformation & Process Digitization in Bucuresti

Overview:Senior Manage PMO — ESI Business Transformation & Process Digitization (Maternity Cover) – will be a member of the ESI Service Delievry Team. The role will directly report to SVP Service Delivery. They will work with and collaborate directly with the Central BPI and Process Digitization leadership team, ESI Business Excellence leaders and central service delivery organization. This role will be responsible for tracking and reporting on all Business Transformation & Process Digitization initiatives, Including supporting the preparation of all ESI Business Transformation & Process Digitization communication. The Sernor Manager PMO — ESI Business Transformation & Process Digitization will have no direct reports. This role will require excellent program and project management skills and ability to work across all levels of the organisation. Essential Responsibilities: Actively track and report on all Business Transformation & Process Digitization initiatives Ensure all reported ESI Business Transformation & Process Digitization initiatives reported in PlanView Ensure ESI Reporting standards including respective financial controller and business owner sign off are adhered to Driving Planview adoption across ESI and optimize PlanView functionality to simplify tracking and reporting Coordinate the updates and consolidation of assigned TO Digital Transformation initiatives Business Transformation and Process Digitization analytics Professional Business Transformation and Process Digitization communication Actively promoting Business Transformation and Process Digitization activities Maintain Service Delivery ADP Works sites Lead any other assigned projects or initiatives as agreed with the SVP ESI Service Delivery Critical Success Factors: Fluent in English additional language preferred Attention to detail is vital Ability to communicate at all levels Ability to work to deadlines Ability to balance creativity and professionalism Thorough understanding of Business Transformation and Process Digitization methodology Ability to manage multiple task and activities Able to complete fact-based analytics Personal Attributes: Positive attitude Energetic Creative and Innovative Inquisitive Passionate for delivering quality on time Autonomous Specific Skill / Experiences: Extensive experience in managing a multi country project management office Project and Program Management Certified High level of ability to collaborate and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Able to maintain effective relationships with Business unit leaders, associates and a central service delivery organization. Excellent level of attention to detail Excellent planning and organizational skills In depth knowledge of project management tools and methodology. Good knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Understanding of Digital Technology terminology Excellent time management, presentation and organizational skills. Passion for sharing information on time Able to adapt style to different working environments, situations and cultures. Excellent Microsoft office skills including the use and development of templates and the use of PowerPoint, Excel and Visio and SharePoint applications.
