Description:
- Supervise maintenance and operation of HVAC & fire fighting, plumbing, and water treatment systems.
- Supervise technicians on-site to ensure efficient maintenance works.
- Coordinate with other engineers’ issues within the project; alignment on project design standards and discussions on risk/deviations/ derogation.
- Assurance per the requirements in the statement of fitness and asset handover to operate phase engineering organization and optimization
- Technical construction skills.
- Plan and coordinate activities in the field of construction
- Prepare project documentation, writing reports, and giving presentations.
- Maintain and update the project manager to facilitate timely reporting, cost-effective recommendations, and goal achievement.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree -Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
- at least 2 years in HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and water treatment.
- Experience in “Site-engineer & technical office”
- Experience in Real-Estate/construction
- Solid experience in Mechanical Design and shop drawings (HVAC, Fire Fighting, plumbing, and water treatment)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
