That’s whyall our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across differentfields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?Responsibilities:Reviewthe purchase requisitions for goods/services - make the necessary validation -price, payment terms, delivery requirements and convert them in to PurchaseOrdersNegotiate prices with vendors based on an offer and track the savingsRequest for quotation upon requestDelivery follow-up when goods are not delivered on time, or a material it's needed urgently (contact with vendors) to meet project / service schedulesOffer support to the requester with details regarding a subcontractor/vendor needed for a certain material/serviceProcess invoices that are blocked in different statuses for price, quantity and vendor details mismatch between the invoice and the orders, investigate and make the changes needed to release them after checking with the requestorsInvestigate why certain invoices were not paid and escalate when necessarilySet up Honeywell materials in SAPQualifications:Bachelor’sDegree is mandatory – Master’s degree preferredMinimum 1year in a similar position (procurement preferred)Proficiency in English and FrenchSAP knowledge is nice to haveExcellent organizational skillsAvailability to work on the UK working hours - 10:30-19:00 RO timeWe offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarketspecific training and ongoing personal developmentCareergrowth opportunitiesExperiencedleaders to support your professional developmentInternationalwork environmentIf this is your dream role, then we'd love tohear from you.We are an equal opportunity employer andvalue diversity at our company.
