Senior Project Manager – eTimeRESPONSIBILITIES: Drive the successful delivery and end-to-end project management of multiple concurrent ongoing Time & Attendance / Time Management projects and implementations.Responsible for the development of key project deliverables (e.g., project schedule, status reports, issue logs, stakeholder alignment, budget forecasts/updates etc.).Assist the Client and Management with preventing and resolving issues that may impede project success.Provide team members with direction and vision of the engagement and related business goals, including motivating people to perform, listening to people, providing feedback, recognizing strengths and overcoming challenges.Drive the process of gathering or confirming requirements, define project scope and develop engagement timeliness / resources as needed.Ensure a consistent high-level of quality deliverables throughout all projects.Ensure projects are managed against the requirements of scope of work and manage applicable change control process.Provide guidance and mentoring to team members as neededPromote teamwork and active collaboration amongst project team membersLead team members in professional conductCultivate referenceable and loyal clientsAssist in identifying opportunities to deliver additional products and servicesAssist in identifying and maintaining relationships with reference contactsLiaise with members of all levels of the organization, Client and Partner community.Conduct and publish lessons-learnt reviews upon project completion ISSUE, RISK & CHANGE MANAGEMENT Manage project’s scope, estimate of hours and asses impacts to requested changesServes as project escalation point for issues impacting project success that requires resolutionLeads inter-departmental coordination efforts required for specific project tasksCoordinates the transition of new clients from Sales to Implementation and, after a successful go-live, on to Client ServicesEnsure definition and compliance to issue managementMonitor issues on a weekly basisMonitor escalation of problemsEnsure risk management via mitigation strategiesEnsure proper tracking of Change Requests with appropriate sign-offsEffectively communicates relevant project status updates to stakeholders (Internal and External).Facilitates communication with client stakeholders to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with a focus on enhanced client relationships and satisfactionEnsuring project documentation is stored in accordance with ADP Quality Audit requirements utilizing Collaboration tool and ensuring project team is adhering to these requirementsTracks team hours and approves accordingly through use of online tools to ensure utilization is appropriate to project needsParticipates in performance management and professional development activities by providing immediate feedback to team members regarding their performance and supplying input to Implementation Management on the professional development of team membersEnsure a qualitative management of client relationshipProvide recommendation to the client to reduce gaps and ensure standard product useManage client’s expectations during projectDeliver proposals on client’s procedures in order to optimize proposed solutionEnsure high level of client satisfactionPerforms other related duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in managing complex IT projects including; defining project scope and budget, creating project plans, managing project resources, issue resolution, and status reporting and project analyticsExperience with at least one HCM enterprise solution; including SAP SuccessFactors, Kronos, Workday, ADP, etc.Excellent interpersonal, organization and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and multiple projects, timelines and prioritiesDetail oriented, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Project Management/ PM administrative experience in IT and/or Payroll/HR IndustryExperience in delivering projects in the area of Time ManagementFormal Project Management qualifications are highly desired.All projects are conducted/documented in English, however other language skills a bonusPlanning and resource schedulingAbility to prioritize tasks and time management skillsAbility to manage and lead a team of peopleClient focused and committed to providing World Class ServiceStrong relationship management and communication skills #LI-MS1 Explore our COVID-19 page to understand how ADP is approaching safety, travel, the hiring interview process, and more.
