You will be part of a highly talented team developing secure high-performance security software for next generation products in different market segments (payment, identification, mobile, IoT, Automotive, …)
Responsibilities

Drive the definition of requirements and specifications in close cooperation with architects and customer stakeholders

Create project plans in line with business requirements

Monitor and control the progress of projects

Report KPIs and results into Project Review Boards

Monitor and control the project budgets
-
Interface with suppliers, internal stakeholders and 3rd parties
Your Profile

Background in electrical engineering and/or software development
-
Minimum 5 years of working experience

Understanding of embedded software design and verification methodologies
-
Solid understanding of software project management practices
-
Understanding of cryptography, security, and secure protocols is an asset
-
Strong communication skills, networking and team/partner integration skills

Result oriented approach, open for new challenges

Able to identify and resolve issues. Seek for solutions beyond the boundaries of your team

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
Compensation: Besides a good salary, you will be eligible for our bonus plan and receive lunch vouchers, a number of vacation days based on seniority and the possibility to buy company shares with a 15% discount. We also have flexible work hours and a work from home policy.
