SAP Nearshore Center Romania is an internal organization of SAP AG providing SAP consulting services to SAP customers. This group serves customers worldwide via tight cooperation with other local or regional SAP consulting teams. This means worldwide delivery commitment in areas including SAP S/4HANA, e-Commerce, Cloud (SAAS, PAAS), IoT, analytics.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer S/4HANA on Premise and Cloud implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address problems
• Delivering billable components that meet a customer's needs
WORK EXPERIENCE
• At least 5-8 years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of a SAP Customer, delivering implementation services for various customers
• Product implementation experience with at least 3 full cycle projects
• Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes
• Experience or knowledge in the integration with the Logistics modules
• Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI configuration; SAP CO would be an added advantage
• Ideally experienced in working in an international environment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
• University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics
• Good understanding of industry specific business processes
• Well developed customer focus
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
• Fluent Romanian
• English at business level
• Conversational/advanced German or any other European language is an added advantage
TRAVEL
• Remote – Bucharest/Cluj
