As a key member of supplyplanning team within our BHQ division, reporting to Director Materials, youwill be ensuring best practice in forecasting, performance, inventory planning,production planning, supply planning and financial planning within the Line ofBusiness (LoB). You will play a key role in consistent and sustained businessgrowth while enabling inventory / working capital optimization. This role worksclosely with x-functional team members from Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain,Finance, and General Management to drive the full SIOP process, analytics, andbusiness enablement. At Honeywell wewant you to be courageous, think big and be the best you can. Key Responsibilities:Responsible for Finished Goods Planning (through PO into the lead supply location) & Buy to Sell Planning (direct from Supplier) including:Analyze MRP proposalsOptimizing system parameters and stocking strategy settingsOrder placementSupport in-house operational issues / challenges being the conduit back to internal Honeywell FunctionTrack orders confirmation and deliveriesExecute pull-ins, push-outsResponsible for performance (OTTR, OTFP, Past Due) execution and monitoring, measure fill-rate whilst being responsible for inventory targets at the Site, Vendors, Buy To Sell (BTS) Vendors, Distribution Centre’s (DC’s) and maintaining the proper 12-blocker / PFEP settings at the DC’s incl. the delivery of drop ship itemsQualifications:Degree augmented with strong experience on the entire Supply Chain (Customer, Manufacturing, Supplier and Logistics)General Supply Chain Management skillsForecasting process - and SIOP process skillsGood SAP R/3 and SAP APO understandingFunctional supply chain experience in at least one of the following functional areas: SIOP, Demand Planning, Production / Operations Planning, Inventory and Materials Management or LogisticsGood working knowledge of core processes in sales & marketing, demand management, production planning, materials management, inventory management and logisticsAdvanced EnglishWe offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and ongoing personal developmentCareer growth opportunities;Experienced leaders to support your professional development;International work environment;If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
