That’s why all of our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?We have a great opportunity for a Senior Supply Planning Supervisor to join our Honeywell Building Technologies team in Lugoj! As a key memberof supply planning team within our BHQ division, reporting to DirectorMaterials (interim basis whilst we fill the Lugoj Materials Leader role), youwill be ensuring best practice in forecasting, performance, inventory planning,production planning, supply planning and financial planning within the Line ofBusiness (LoB); either Fire, BMS and Security + SPS. You will play a key rolein consistent and sustained business growth while enabling inventory / workingcapital optimization. This role works closely with x-functional team membersfrom Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and General Management to drivethe full SIOP process, analytics, and business enablement. At Honeywell we want you to be courageous,think big and be the best you can.Responsibilities:Leaderrole with responsibility for all Finished Goods Supply Planning, Production /Operations Planning, Tactical Buying / Planning to support Operations as wellas Buy to Sell (BTS) Planning (direct from Supplier / Vendor (where applicable)Supervise approx. 6 to 12 direct reports (dependent on LoB) across the above Functional disciplinesOptimize Material Management processes, practice, procedures and standard workImprove Operating System maturityOversee New Production Introduction (NPI) activitiesOversee Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) activitiesDevelop, coach and mentor all resourcesResponsible for performance (examples being OTTR, OTFP, Past Due and Inventory) monitoring, tracking, project execution to improve plus measure fill-rate whilst being responsible for inventory targets at the Site, Vendors, Buy To Sell (BTS) Vendors, Distribution Centre’s (DC’s) and maintaining 12-blocker / PFEP settings at all points within the value chainQualifications:Degree augmented with strong experience on the entire Supply Chain (Customer, Manufacturing, Supplier and Logistics)Significant experience in broad managerial role leading teamsExpertise and exposure to different organizational disciplinesLead and solve complex organizational problemsStrong project management and problem-solving skillsSignificant influencing and collaboration skillsExpertise on leading / driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peersFunctional supply chain experience in Production / Operations Planning, Inventory and Materials ManagementWe offer:A culture that fosters inclusion, diversity and innovationMarket specific training and ongoing personal developmentCareer growth opportunities;Experienced leaders to support your professional development;International work environment;If this is your dream role, then we'd love to hear from you!We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
