Our solution, Soarian Clinicals, is a complex hospital information system with a worldwide portfolio of clients. It is being used in hospitals and healthcare practices across US and Europe, for managing care processes and clinical data across multiple disciplines and departments. Our team in Brasov is part of a global development team that implements new features, regulatory enhancements and provides support for our clients. The team is a dynamic one, fast-paced and highly collaborative, with multi-cultural members, located in Romania, Germany, Austria, US and India. It is composed of multiple roles, in line with the Agile methodology.
We are looking for a Senior Test Analyst to join our Soarian Clinicals development team in Brasov. In this role, you will support the development team by designing and running manual and automated tests using a risk-based testing approach. Most importantly, you will report found defects by logging and tracking them using internal tools and you will drive to their resolution. You will maintain testing evidence for each test as proof of validation. You will evaluate testing effectiveness on client-reported defects in conjunction with root cause analysis and provide improvement feedback in the testing process. Assist in the piloting of new testing technologies and quality process initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Communications, Health Care, Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience;
- At least 3 years in Testing, system design or system configuration work experience;
- Fluent in English;
- Good communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 1 year in General business, health care or other information technology-related work experience;
- At least 1 years in Health care information technology (HCIT) solution strategy or consulting work experience;
- Automated testing expertise and tools knowledge;
- Certified Software Tester (CSTE) - Multiple Issuers;
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) certification.

- Willing to travel up to 20% as needed, when general conditions will allow.
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations;
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position;
