Please speak to the Talent Acquisition team to find out more information.What does a Senior Versioning Editor do at Hogarth?General day-to-day editing, basic color correction, motion graphics, and basic sound editingConforming & finishing of broadcast commercialsClockings, sound-lays and adding or amending legal copy to mastersAdvising clients on current broadcast compliance and Broadcast Advertising Clearance Centre / Clearcast / Ofcom television advertising standards codes and notes of guidance, and ensuring material meets these standardsExpressing and sharing constructive feedback with all levels of client and agency personnelAdvising on client specific information such as brand information, logos, fonts and notes of guidanceAdvising producers and post producers with information on postproduction pipeline to ensure we deliver a professional and accurate quote so that projects are brought in on time and within budgeted parametersAdvise and manage projects after completion - fulfill any project consolidation that might be required to successfully archive a whole edit projectReporting lines and key stakeholdersThis role reports to the Head of Broadcast.RequirementsPossess an advanced understanding of Premier and After EffectsHave broadcast industry experience of at least 7 yearsHave extended experience with client attended sessions with a high level of communication skillsCombine both creative skills with technical know howSupport producers with timings and processes to attain a high level of workHave knowledge of Apple Hardware and Broadcast software systemsA thorough understanding of video codecs and intermediary process (e.g. EDL, XML, standards conversions etc.) and other postproduction workflows and servicesExcellent interpersonal skills, and a general "can-do" service attitudeAttention to detailAble to adapt to new working methods & practice technology advances#LI-AI1Diversity and InclusionHogarth is committed to diversity and inclusion, through our ideas, our people, how we behave and conduct ourselves.
