As a Service Planner, you will be dealing with pump repair requests or other service activities from customers (by telephone and in writing) and taking care of correct administrative processing and communication trend, such that the required materials are ordered and the required knowledge / capacity is planned. Applying good professional knowledge builds trust with customers, employees and contractors. Provide the necessary support in the coordination and planning of service operations and site visits. Handling correspondence and other administrative matters, including customer questions, complaint handling and documentation and administration regarding correct handling of the question and associated invoicing. Among other exciting tasks, you will: You will be responsible for call intake and telephone assistance for dealers, wholesalers in determining the right items and with installers for putting GRUNDFOS products into operation and helping to solve faults and forward the necessary documentation – either by telephone or by email You will be responsible for the creation of work orders for service technicians and service partners You will coordinate and plan service repairs (using SAP CS and other service management systems) You will do the planning for assignments for the Service Engineers, Technicians You will deal with coordination of outsourced service activities to service partners and international service requestsYou will organize workplace inspections You will assist and provide input for Service quotations for repairs, projects to be carried out and / or spare parts You will support service partners to inquire parts PN, price and lead time You will communicate with service coordinator / manager when parts are no longer available for future interventions You will monitore delivery times of repairs, ensure close control / follow-up of service stock. What do you need to be successful?Ideally you have technical background or equivalent obtained through experienceYou have Bachelor degree or equivalent work experienceYou have thorough knowledge of plans, processes and activities within the functional area in the service environmentYou have the ability to work with processes or participate in projectsYou have at least 2 years of relevant work experience.Ideally, you have experience with pump technology and controlsYou have local language knowledge and English in speech and writingYou have experience with various Microsoft office packages and SAP (preferable).Why Grundfos?At Grundfos, we dare to do things that others cannot or dare not do.
