Basic computer skills.Optional: Driving License or willing to obtain one. Truck driving license is preferable. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles such as Service Supervisor II or Service Supervisor III. Job description:Under general supervision, leads Service Operators and Operator Assistants in providing the Open hole and/or cased hole Wireline services.Performs all aspects of the job including design, preparation, execution, post-job, and performance review of the services provided, along with the required documentation, in compliance with the processes. Activities include, but not limited to, are assembly and disassembly of equipment, rig-up, rig-down, maintenance, winch operations, operating WPCE (Wellhead Pressure Control Equipment) (Pressure Control Equipment) and building rope socket/cable head.Reviews the job design and confirms that the job packet includes the proper job-ready equipment and processes to achieve the job purpose.Applies technical knowledge to solve unanticipated situations and consults with onsite Engineer or operations base as needed.Properly maintains assigned equipment and performs onsite emergency unit/equipment maintenance as needed.Recognizes sales opportunities for additional Halliburton products and services and communicates the opportunities to appropriate Halliburton personnel.Actively participates in the training and development of Service Operators and Operator Assistants on all aspects of Open and/or cased hole services.Promotes and complies with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, regulations, and guidelines as well as takes an active part in safety and quality improvement process.  Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
