If you are a tech-savvy professional with strong experience in social media, ideally within the online Gambling industry, we would like to hear from you!The ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills and is able to develop engaging content. Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of the client's brands and manage social media communications.ResponsibilitiesSet and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategiesProvide engaging text, image and video content for social media accountsRespond to comments and customer queries in a timely mannerMonitor and report on feedback and online reviewsOrganize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awarenessCoordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistencyLiaise with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and featuresBuild relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalistsStay up-to-date with digital technology trendsRequirementsProven work experience as a social media manager within the gaming sectorExperience launching community initiatives would be an advantage (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter)Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. repeat attendance at events)Excellent writing skills in English, Spanish and/or French would be a distinct assetHands on experience with social media management for brandsAbility to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metricsKnowledge of online marketing and marketing channelsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskBSc degree in Marketing or relevant field would be a plus
