We are customer focused while we also care for our team members and enjoy working with each other.As our team member, you get to collaborate on designing a product strategy and game plan, implement and deliver, and finally improve and maintain a production service. We obviously offer modern agile working methods, cloud infra, remote working and super great colleagues.Know the projectWe are a team of 25 people, organized into 3 cross-functional teams. We are responsible for a financially sound and growing electronic invoice and document exchange hub, operating in several countries, and serving close to 300 000 companies.Some keywords on our ways of working include continuous delivery, continuous improvement, freedom to experiment, and pair/group programming. And our tech runs with the likes of Ruby, Rails, Javascript with React, AWS, Docker, Lambdas, Ansible, and Terraform.What are we looking for?We think our team would be stronger by having a person with experience in software development and motivated by team work. Your eagerness to learn is more important than prior experience with our tech stack.Interest in improving infrastructure is considered a plus, but not mandatory.In addition, we hope you have willingness to deep-dive into the world of digital document exchange systems and European standards.Want to get to know VIsma better?
