As part of our level 2 Customer Support department, you will help our international customers with a range of in-house, award-winning E-Learning software.Your JobAct as a single point of contact for our world-wide English-speaking customersManage incidents raised by our clientsTest and reproduce each customer scenario in order to find the proper solutions and solve issues, problems complying with our SLAs in contact with Support, Software Development, QA, Technical Services and ConsultingEnsure high-quality for our client’s learning management platforms by thoroughly testing themYour StrengthsAt least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced IT, customer-focused environmentFluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken), German language is an advantageExcellent communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsInitiative and adaptability to manage high priority situations individuallyGood understanding of software & hardware basics (ex.
