They are master craftsmen using all tools in the arsenal, Solution Planners use their robust delivery skills, deep understanding of the competitive landscape and unparalleled knowledge of Accenture offerings to create win/win solutions for our clients and Accenture. Sales understanding and financial acumen allow them to empower our clients with creative solutions and advocate Accenture offerings within the market and our business. WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Own the solution for all service components- Architect a compelling and competitive solution which demonstrates significant and quantifiable value to the client.- Leverage Accenture assets and third-party relationships in architecting solutions.- Lead the solution planning teams for large, complex deals including multiple solution architects, subject matter experts, transition and transformation experts- Work alongside Sales Support to manage the senior client buyers and solution owners (e.g. CFO, CIO, VP or Director) and selling the solution.- Bring the operational experience to bear to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.- Ensure solution is transitioned successfully into the delivery. Read more of the job description Read Less Qualifications What Makes the Difference- Bachelor- or Master-level (preferred) University degree- Experience in architecting transformation and/or operations solutions- Experience from any of the following Industrial and Functional areas: Automotive Industry, Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, Rail Industry etc- Strong project management skills- Excellent client/customer relationship management skills at the executive and VP level, ideally with proven experience working at the C-level and client/customer service management skills- Good people management skills- Fluent in written and spoken English.
