Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Support developing targeted UR candidate attraction strategies and support driving country talent mobility process;
· Manage an end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions and act as a single point of contact for multiple Departments;
· Partner with Hiring Managers and Human Resources Organization to understand recruiting needs and sourcing strategies for the recruitment of middle and junior level candidates;
· Deliver reports, analysis and collaborate with management and human resource staff to evaluate and assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies;
· Partner with external recruitment agencies in order to ensure business needs are met;
· Build and maintain a network of prospects through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management;
· Establish and manage partnerships with external suppliers such as recruitment agencies;
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor’s Degree;
· Experience in a Recruitment role; experience in a matrixed, multinational organization highly preferred;
· Good abilities of source passive candidates;
· Experience in conducting telephone and Face2Face interviews;
· Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders and good negotiation skills
· Experience in developing and presenting on-demand market overview reports to business stakeholders
· Good analysis and reporting capabilities;
· Advanced English skills verbally and writing;
