Talent Acquisition Partner – Bucharest, Romania We are currently seeking a motivated, technology savvy Recruiting professional to work closely with our Hiring Managers to proactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans in Romania. This role will suit individuals with a passion for customer excellence and collaboration to meet our hiring needs. It's an outstanding time to join Siemens Energy. Working directly for the TA Project Lead you will work alongside a team of TA Partners, TA Sourcing Specialist and Coordinator. Whilst our preference is for candidates located within commutable distance of our Bucharest office we also offer flexible working arrangements. Let’s Talk About You Your profileDemonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition professional with experience gained from an inhouse, agency or RPO environmentFluent in English and Romanian and any other European language would be considered as an advantageExperienced in sourcing and networking with candidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etcAnalytical skills with the ability to present market insights that drive and influence decision makingCustomer orientated in managing and exceeding expectationsEmotionally intelligent - Shows empathy, is self-aware and aware of how others are feelingA strong work ethic - Sets high standards and works diligently and quicklyCurious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand, learn and try new thingsSelf-motivated - Sees the big picture with a desire to achieve goals and win.
