<;p>;<;strong>;What are your responsibilities? <;/strong>;<;/p>;<;ul>;<;li>;Utilizing advanced search techniques to identify candidates on databases, networking tools, through networking/recommendations or via the Internet within agreed SLA timescales;<;/li>;<;li>;Investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies;<;/li>;<;li>;Using available diversity channels as well as exploring new tools/ approaches and building up the right diversity strategy;<;/li>;<;li>;Building relationships with the (passive) candidates in your network and make sure they think of us as first choice when considering a career change;<;/li>;<;li>;Working effectively with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies;<;/li>;<;li>;Helping hiring teams to understand the sourcing process, metrics and successes by building intelligent reports to keep everyone in the loop;<;/li>;<;li>;Creating and managing “talent pools” for frequently hired roles;<;/li>;<;li>;Conducting initial base level screen against pre-agreed criteria. If required, instigate additional;<;/li>;<;li>;Preparing the shortlist for the Recruiter to finalize the selection;<;/li>;<;li>;Supporting with the administration of campaign work (Graduate and experienced hires);<;/li>;<;li>;Preparing market mapping by researching the market, competitor mapping, geography mapping;<;/li>;<;li>;Achieving personal Direct Recruitment Targets.<;/li>;<;/ul>;
Requirements
<;p>;<;strong>;Are you the right fit for the job?<;/strong>; <;/p>;<;ul>;<;li>;Experience in recruiting, direct sourcing or research;<;/li>;<;li>;Expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and offline database searches;<;/li>;<;li>;Previous experience in a permanent recruitment team (in-house/agency) is an asset;<;/li>;<;li>;Ability to positively represent our company and open roles to potential candidates;<;/li>;<;li>;Analytical mindset and data driven approach;<;/li>;<;li>;Ability to work in constantly changing environments;<;/li>;<;li>;Excellent communication skills;<;/li>;<;li>;Effective time-management skills;<;/li>;<;li>;Business standard English is essential;<;/li>;<;li>;Portuguese language advanced proficiency.<;/li>;<;/ul>;
