Your new Role
We are looking for a motivated Team Lead to manage and develop our Greek-speaking Account Management team. In this role, you will lead by example, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure your team exceeds expectations in customer engagement and sales retention.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support your Account Management team to achieve KPIs and ensure top-tier client experience
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, provide actionable feedback, and drive improvements
- Support your team with complex client situations and escalations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Train, coach, and continuously develop team members in product knowledge, communication, and client handling
Your Skills
- Fluent Greek speaker (C1-C2 level), with strong English skills (B2+)
- Proven experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
- Experience in team leadership or mentoring roles
- Strong customer focus, solution-oriented mindset, and hands-on attitude
- Analytical thinking with experience working with KPIs and performance reports
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Interest or background in the automotive industry
- Experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc.)
