Go and see for yourself what our happy customers have been saying about us.Key Responsibilities:Manage tasks and technical people according to project needs;Manage and inspire team, increasing commitment and aligning expectations;Guarantee overall delivery quality and OutSystems behaviours.Main requirementsDesired Qualifications: 1-year Tech Lead experience (mandatory);Strong experience in web application development, process design, project delivery practices, and understanding the trade-off between technical debt and speed (mandatory);Experience and technical skills in architecture patterns, solutions design, and web application performance (mandatory);Fluency in English, written and spoken (mandatory);Degree in computer science or another technical related field;Experience in Agile scrum methodologies.Interpersonal Skills:Customer Orientation and Interpersonal Skills;High level of creativity and ability to think out of the box;Personal energy and ability to inspire teams and individuals;Transparency and the ability to establish trust and supportive relationships.
