Technical Sales Agent – Remote / Bucharest Company Overview Our client is a technology-driven distributor specializing in industrial fittings, process and testing equipment, packaging and filling technologies . Their solutions serve industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical (including petrochemical), food & beverage, textiles, and automotive . Job Summary We are looking for a Technical Sales Agent to drive sales and develop business relationships within the industrial sector. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to clients. The position is remote , but the candidate should be based in Bucharest to cover the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential clients in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, textile, and automotive industries . Promote and sell industrial fittings, process and testing equipment, and packaging solutions . Provide technical consultancy and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure the best customer experience. Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Prepare sales reports and forecasts. Requirements Proven experience in B2B technical sales , preferably in industrial equipment or related sectors. Strong technical understanding of industrial valves, processing machinery, and automation solutions . Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Availability to travel within the assigned region. Fluency in Romanian and English ; additional languages are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
