Overview Global Procurement provides a variety of procurement services structured in two main towers locally: Strategic Procurement and Third Party Management. Both provide support of Deutsche Bank’s business divisions globally.Third Party Management (TPM) is a global team within Global Procurement that delivers the process for identifying, assessing, mitigating and tracking risk associated with Deutsche Bank’s portfolio of Vendors.The TPM Operations and Business engagement Team in Bucharest is a team with global operational reach, providing first level support to the Bank’s TPM process and associated stakeholders. As the primary interface, the TPM Team performs Service Risk Assessment and Vendor Risk Assessment work in line the with the Bank’s Policies to ensure that relevant outsourcing Risks are appropriately addressed.The team is accountable for successfully engaging with internal stakeholders and vendors to collate appropriate evidence required for vendor risk management process.Deutsche Bank is developing a new target-operating model to improve the Vendor Risk Management (VRM) process designed to assess risks associated with services provided by external and internal service providers.your profileWe are looking for motivated candidates who are interested in:Indebt VRM process and tool knowledge, able to tracking and driving remediation of open issues from risk reviews, advising internal organization and internal stakeholders on control design and effectivenessPerforming activities within processes related to service and vendor assessments requiring detailed interpretation / understanding of information provided to formulate required judgment calls for transactions, adhering to core guidelines set-out within agreed proceduresConducts and facilitates the process improvement and effectiveness agenda for assigned TPM related projectsIndependently structures and prioritizes workload. Conceptual ability to quickly grasp and action complex challenges and operating structures in order to achieve clearly defined business outcomes in a timely manner.Supports integration of processes/process changes, data, tools and skills in line with the E2E value chain including appropriate performance measures for benefits realization and process complianceWorks closely with the wider TPM global team and wider GP team to manage interdependencies across the procurement lifecycle and infrastructureManages the assigned portfolio of initiatives/improvement projectsCompiling with the rules and established procedures for the implementation of tasks in the teamContribution to process improvement solution design, synthesis and presentation of findingsPreparing required reports, analysis, presentation, as assigned by the team coordinator or the managerMaintaining strong working relationships with all levels of the organization globally, managing the requirements and expectations of key stakeholdersDemonstrating appropriate business etiquette, accountability, professionalism and due care in all daily interactions (internal and external)Experience we are looking for:Supportive, transparent, establishes and improves team collaboration (in-and outward facing). Actively trains others.Maintains strong working relationships across teams and with senior management.Experienced in identifying and supporting process improvement projects in a complex operating environmentAdvanced understanding of the 3LoD and Third party risk management (TPRM) framework.
