Our team is part of the EMEA Strategic Sales Communications Team serving the Oracle EMEA sales organisation, and the role comes with two exceptionally talented web developers. What you’ll be doing: You will supervise the development team sitting in Bucharest, assign tasks, mentor, and maintain Web Development Standards and Brand Consistency, Be in charge of UI wireframing and mapping out seamless UX journeys together with the Design Manager, Coordinate the building of large-scale responsive (cross-device/browser) websites and web-applications with pixel-perfect execution, Take full ownership of technical / application features and see them through from their inception to production, Exercise your ability to work with other developers on code collaboration (GitHub etc.), Ensure creative alignment between our regional teams, touching on both design, dev, new technologies etc. (folder structures, CMS structures, web components etc.) Offer support in building and running a platform for sharing case studies, know-how, web and design components, Drive internal security processes (CSSAP) Lead the Creative Research & Development Lab to elevate creative standards and introduce new ways of new technologies, solutions, approaches to Communication practices. What we’re looking for: 5-7 years of professional experience. 2+ years of leadership experience. Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing project requirements, tight deadlines, while keeping people and projects moving on schedule with great attention to detail. Ability to oversee end-to-end web development products, The vision required to turn projects into scalable products, Polished verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Excellent English - oral and written. Solid Agile project management methodology knowledge. Solid UX/UI Knowledge. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript (General Js Frameworks knowledge is a plus). Product Design Cycle Knowledge (Waterfall or similar methodology). CMS structures, Figma, Jira, Eloqua, and Adobe Suite knowledge is considered a plus. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture. Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
